To reset your Tekeet password, perform the following action:
1. Request to reset your password.
Click "Forgot password" while signing in to reset your password. If you receive a message saying “We couldn't find this email address in our records”, it means there is no Teeket account under the email address you entered.
2. Open the email and click "Set a New Password".
Password reset emails can take several minutes to reach you. Check your inbox and junk/spam folder for an email from [email protected]. If you're still not able to find the email, review your email settings. Then, reset your password again.
3. Create a new password.
Enter your new password and click Reset password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and are case sensitive.
TIP: Strong passwords contain upper and lowercase letters, special characters and at least 1 number.
