The Payout Request Process on Teeket.

This guide outlines the steps from initiating a payout request to receiving your funds.

Payout Conditions

To request a payout, the following conditions must be met:

1. Payout Method: The organizer must have at least one payout method set up. We prefer Mobile Money for easy and same day payout. 
2. Ticket Sales: There must be at least one paid ticket for the event date.
3. Positive Revenue: The revenue from the event date must be greater than zero.

Setting a Payout Method

1. Access Your Account: Log into or switch to your organizer account. 
2. Navigate to Payout Methods: Click on 'Profile' >> 'Payout Method'.
3. Set Payout Method: Fill in your details and save.

How to Request a Payout

1. Access Your Account: Log into or switch to your organizer account.
2. Navigate to Payout Request: Click on 'Profile' >> 'Payout Request'. Enter your details and click 'submit'.
